Who can see what I send?

Activity responses

The Host sees the photo, answer, or check-in you send for review. For an Activity marked Eligible for Stories, an accepted response may appear in the Event Story. Record keeping only keeps the response with you and the Host.

A GPS check-in checks one location against the Host’s checkpoint area; it does not track your route. The coordinates used for that check are not shown on the Story map.

Your Journal Entry

You decide whether to write an Entry for an accepted, eligible Activity. A draft stays private. Mark it Ready for Wrap when you want it considered for your Journal and the Event Story.

If you add a place to an Entry, you choose it separately from any GPS check-in. Members can read the complete published Story; guests can read the Host’s public Recap. See how Entries and Journals work.
